The WLQ uses a unique method to assess productivity loss and cost. It measures presenteeism, which are health-related losses in ability to perform job tasks, providing scores quantifying both occupational functioning and an at-work productivity loss percentage (which can be converted to productivity cost).

The extensive WLQ resources, representing approximately 10 million observations of employees who completed the questionnaires and workplace trials and observational studies.

We are developing and testing a caregiver stress management program to help caregivers reduce and manage psychological distress, improving their ability to function effectively in their work and caregiver roles.
